It's not. The only difference between wondering and knowing is one flight.

Book an introduction flight

Most popular first step

Experience it yourself. Take the controls of a Cessna 172 (the world's most popular training airplane) for one hour with a flight instructor. No experience needed. Most career pilots say that they fell in love with flying after their first flight in a small airplane. After your intro flight, you will know if becoming a pilot is your calling.

How it works

  1. 1. Pre-Flight Briefing (45 min)
Your instructor walks you through the flight plan, explains how the aircraft works, and guides you through the same pre-flight inspection pilots perform before every flight. This is real training, you'll see exactly what a day of flight school looks like.
  2. 2. You Fly (flight time)
From the left seat of a Cessna 172, you'll take the controls while your instructor handles takeoff and landing. How much you fly is up to you. Some like hands-on immediately, others ease in. It's your call.
  3. 3. Post-Flight Debrief (15 min)
After landing, you'll debrief with your instructor: what you did well, what you felt, and what comes next if this is something you're interested in.

The moment that changes everything

Most career pilots trace their passion back to a single experience: the first time they took the controls of a light aircraft. This intro flight is designed to give you that same moment.

The whole experience takes about two hours, and what it might spark could last a lifetime.

What aircraft will I fly?

Cessna 172 Skyhawk

Reliable, stable, and comfortable, the 172 has introduced more people to the joy of flying than any other aircraft in history.
